Two-component polymer modified cement-based binder
The product includes powder and resin supplied in 9-kg packages for powdery product and 4-kg for resin product.
Consumption rate of this product depends on the thickness of layers weighing between 1.5 and 2.5 kg/m2.
Method of using this product is in such a way that for each kilogram of powder, 450 gram of resin is used and low-speed mixer is used for mixing and homogenizing. Then, the product is applied by brush, roller, or spraying. The surface of the workpiece should be clean and free from any particles and rusty plasters and colors. The thickness of creating each layer is one millimeter; and it is implemented at least in two layers with the time interval of 2 or 3 hours. In order to increase the safety factor in the corners and the intersection of perpendicular and horizontal levels, an appropriate tape could be used between the underlay and overlay.
